Pastor Bailey serves as the Funeral Service Professionals’ Manager for the Calhoun Funeral Homes. Pastor Bailey was a native of Cleveland, Ohio for 35 years but has been a resident of Barberton, Ohio for the last 10 years. He has been affiliated with the Calhoun Funeral Home family since February 2011. After leaving in October 2016, he returned back to his passion in October 2019. Pastor Bailey has a passion for serving families in their time of bereavement. Pastor Bailey is the senior Pastor and Founder of Shaking A Generation Ministries. This ministry was established in June 2014. His Mission is to Reach the Unchurched, Revive the Broken Church and Serve his Community. He has been serving in ministry and preaching the gospel for 30 years with a strong passion for loving on All God’s children.

Pastor Bailey is the proud husband of Melanie Bailey and together they have 6 sons, 1 daughter, and 4 grandchildren. His commitment in life is to love God, love his wife, love his children, and love God’s People.
