Roderick, also known as Rod, is an associate and limo driver for the Calhoun Funeral Home Family. After graduating high school, he attended Northwestern Technical Institute in Pennsylvania where he received a certification in heavy equipment operation. Roderick retired in 2011 from the city of Cleveland as a front load driver.

Roderick has been a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church for over 30 years where he serves as Vice President of the Usher Board and as a member of the Trustee Board. In his spare time, Roderick enjoys walks, yard work, watching sports, watching movies, and attending concerts. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters and two grandsons.
