Alexander LaShaun Gurley (Punn) age 22, of Bedford Heights was taken away fromus on January 4, 2024. Alexander was born on January 18, 2001 to Antoine and Keela Gurley inCleveland, Ohio. Alexander went on to attend Bedford High School.
Alexander attended Tri-C for a while and then decided he wanted to pursue a career in fashion design. He started designing clothes and established his clothing brand “LaShaun Alexander.”
For the next several years. Alex worked heartlessly getting the “LA” brand off the ground while working as an insurance agent. Although Alex did not have any children, in November of 2022, he adopted a golden retriever puppy named “Ghost”. He affectionately referred to Ghost as his son. He took pride in caring for and raising Ghost.
Punn enjoyed spending time watching the Cleveland Browns with dad, looking after his niece and nephew, and hanging out with his Bearcat Crew. Alex was proceeded in death by his great grandmother Ivonia Lett. He was survived by his parents, Antoine and Keela Gurley, his brothers Antoine Gurley Jr. (Siroda) and Alijah Gurley, and his aunt Mary (Elijah) Johnson, his niece Santana Gurley, nephew Asher Gurley, his grandmothers, grandfathers, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
