Alfonza Herring, Sr. went home to be with the Lord on March 22, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Lola Herring, and great-grandchild, Kayden. Alfonza is survived by his beloved wife, Ruth Herring; cherished children, Denise, Alfonza Jr., Ellen, and Delcenia; loving siblings, Mary Lou, Tisha Mae, Annie Pearl, and Walter; cherished grandchildren, Donte, Annette, Charnita, Star, Michael, Kenny, Deshawn Sr. (Nirobia), Bernice, Tenisha, Timothy Jr., Alfonza III; and loving great-grandchildren, Denise, Donte, Rashawn, Mikhalan, Jazmel, Cascen, Deshawn Jr., Kiara, Zania, Aamiyah, and Ledaries.
