Alice V. Starks went home to be with the Lord on December 31, 12016.  Alice’s husband Robert Starks II preceded her in death.  Cherished mother of Alice Williams, Williams Starks Sr., and Diana Starks.  3 children preceded her in death Richard, Robert and Barbara Starks. And a host of Grand, Great-grand and Great-Great grandchildren.
