Sister Amie Leatrice Robinson Dixon was born the 5^th child to the late Mr. Eddie & Mary Brinson Robinson in Stewart County, Ga on September 12,1934.

A Time to Serve

Amie Lee Robinson Dixon confessed Christ at an early age. She later joined Grace Missionary Baptist church under leadership of Reverend Walter Boykins Sr.

A Time to be United

Amie met and eventually married Lawrence Dixon Sr. In August 1995. To this union they have four children: Lawrence M. Dixon Jr., Anthony B. Dixon, Valerie Franklin Dixon (Ruffin), and Sanford Dixon (Callie). 2 Godson: Rasheem Thompson & Joseph Bradley. 7 Grandkids, 21 Great Grandkids, 7 Great Great Grandkids and 7 Great Great Great Grandkids. Host of friends, nieces, and nephews.

Amie departed her earthly body on January 16,2022 at Solon Pointe Nursing home in Solon, Ohio.

Things to Remember

We will always cherish her smile and laughter that will brighten up a room and those backyards cook outs! Amie leaves behind her four children; Lawrence M. Dixon Jr., Anthony B. Dixon, Valerie Dixon-Franklin, & Sanford Dixon. Grandkids and great grandkids. Two siblings Frances Gadson & Johnny Sam Robinson (Minnie) of Miami. A host of nieces, nephew, and friends. She was a wonderful, loving and giving caretaker of many people. She has always provided for those who were in need.
