Andrew was born to the union of Daniel C Bell (deceased) and Eula Mae Polk (deceased) on September 30, 1942 in Cleveland Ohio at Lakeside Hospital. He attended Longwood elementary school and Thomas Edison middle-high school.

He worked at the Call and Post, served in the Navy from 1963 – 1967, and he was a truck driver for over 50 years. He loved skating, dancing and bowling had been a member of several bowling leagues and won many awards and trophies, but ORCA house was the one he was most active in.

He was very active in AA leading and helping several men and women maintain their sobriety.

Andrew is preceded in death by his parents, Daniel C and Eula Mae. His sisters Essie, Shirley, Betty Jo, Linda, and Clara. Brothers Anthony and David.

He leaves to mourn wife Edna, ex-wife Linda, daughter Traci, Son Daniel (Aretha), Granddaughter Justine, Grandson Dieon, Great Grandsons Xincere and Xavier, Great Granddaughters Zaira and Kacey.  Sisters Ardelia and Barbara. Brother Sidney.  A host of nieces, grandnieces, nephew and grandnephews, family and friends.
