Annie Louise Talley quietly departed this life on Monday, May 4, 2026, at the age of 85.

Annie Louise Williams Talley was born September 20, 1940; in Mount Vernon, Alabama to the parents of Annie Lee (Mitchell) and Clarence Williams.  Her parents passed away early in her life, at which time her dear Aunt Alice continued to raise her in Cleveland Ohio, where she attended Cleveland public schools.  She united in holy matrimony to Charles Burns Talley, Jr., on February 16, 1957, and the union was blessed with six children, 5 boys and 1 girl. As a military wife she traveled the United States and abroad to Germany for many years.  After they retired from the military they settled in Akron, Ohio.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother and great-grandmother, her legacy of love, strength, and devotion to family will live on in all who knew and loved her. She cherished the time she spent with her family and grandchildren during summer vacations.  She and her husband would take the grandchildren to amusement parks and resorts. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing and bingo.

Preceded in death by her husband Charles B. Talley, Jr., her parents her son Charles L. Talley, III (Nicky) her daughter Sharon Talley; her sister Marion Taylor and her brother Clifford Williams.

Her memory will be forever cherished by her beloved sister Sarah Roberts of Alabama, her children Michael (Conetta) of Texas, Kevin (Angela) of South Carolina, Wayne (Robin) of North Carolina and Bruce of Ohio; 13 Grandchildren and 14 Great-Grandchildren 4 Great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
