Anthony W. Cargill passed away Friday, August 25, 2017.

On February 26, 1962, Emma Cargill and James Bass were blessed with a son, Anthony Cargill (aka Tony).

Tony attended Akron Public Schools.  Tony was a member of United Baptist Church.  He was known for being a “neat freak”. He had various jobs.  On one particular job he met his wife Cheryl who preceded him in death.   His father also preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Emma; sister, Arlene; brothers, Ronny, Gary, Jonathan (Mary), Carl (Dianna); aunt Bessie; cousins, Nathaniel, Thomas (Clarissa), Donte (Lola), Mysherdie, Lakita (Lance); special friend, Linda Collins and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
