Antione J. Aitken, age 41, peacefully entered eternal rest on July 29, 2026. Though his time on this earth was far too short, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Antione believed in Christ and carried his faith throughout his life. We find comfort knowing that he is now resting in the loving arms of his Savior. His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and he will be deeply missed.

Antione was a devoted father, son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. Family was an important part of his life, and he cherished the people he loved.

He was a dedicated Correctional Officer at Cuyahoga Correctional Center, where he proudly served for 19½ years. His years of service reflected his commitment, strength, responsibility, and dedication to his profession. He built relationships with coworkers and others throughout his career, leaving behind a legacy of nearly two decades of service that his family can be proud of.

After his tragic accident, Antione was blessed to have his girlfriend, Pamella, by his side. She stood faithfully beside him throughout his journey, giving him love, strength, comfort, and companionship until the time of his passing. Her devotion and unwavering presence will always hold a special place in the hearts of his family.

Outside of work, Antione had a love for Cleveland sports. He proudly cheered for his hometown teams—the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Cleveland Guardians. Whether celebrating a victory or enduring a tough season, he remained a loyal fan.

Although his life ended at the young age of 41, the impact he made during those years will live on. His faith, his dedication to his family, his years of service, and the memories he created with those he loved will never be forgotten.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Chandler Aitken; his parents, Robert Aitken, Karen Esprit, and LeAngela Aitken; grandparents, Coretha Esprit; brother, Aaron Aitken girlfriend Pamella Bailey; aunt, Genitha Espirt Sales. Preceded in death by grandparents, Ezra Johnson, Adam J. Esprit, and Charles Johnson; aunt, Valerie Jones; and uncle, Ainsworth Aitken.

As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate the life he lived, the people he touched, and the love he gave. We will miss him more than words can express, but we hold firmly to our faith and the promise of eternal life through Christ.
