To a guy I have literally never seen get angry or bad my friend Arlin always seemed quiet but so polite and willing to help others all the time, his Mom Linda was always so strong around him he would want to help her with everything and she'd seemed to be able to be handle it but he would still be trying I adored that about him take your rest now Arlin your in the hands of Jesus I love you and you will be missed.

A true kind gentleman gone much too soon... Arlin was a breath of fresh air to work with at Cleveland Water especially when we were out in the public with our Community Outreach Informational table and the Water Buggy. I will truly miss seeing your face always graced with a smile, greeting with a hug and a kiss on the cheek showing your respectfulness as again the true gentleman you were. You had so much to offer to the world, but your talents were much to great for us; hence God felt that your talents would be more useful in heaven. Rest in peace my dear friend, God has better plans for you up above in Heaven. Condolences to you Mrs. Waters' for when I seen the both of you in Macy's (earlier this year and before) you were and are a very strong young lady.
