On February 7, 1958, in Cleveland, Ohio, Augustine affectionally known as “Tina Mama” was born to the late Harold Kenneth Hayden Jr. and Gladys Hardaway-Hayden.

She was educated in the Cleveland Public Schools attending Charles Dickens elementary school, Alexander Hamilton Jr. High, John Adams and John F Kennedy Senior High but she
later went elsewhere and received her GED.

Furthering her education, she attended cosmetology school earning her diploma to become a managing nail techincian. Augustine possessed a strong work ethic. Her journey began as an entrepreneur opening Augustine’s World Fashion along with operating her own nail business inside her sister Aletha’s beauty salon. She managed her father’s furniture store, A-B furniture, for several years. She later left there and started working retail at Builders Square in Oakwood.

Finding her life’s career for Nestle’s and retiring after 25 years of service where she met several new people that became like family.

Previously married to Frank A. Edwards II to this union two (2) children were born Ceresa “Cee Cee” and Frank A. Edwards III (deceased). She accepted Christ at a young age, growing up in the church with her family.

Augustine enjoyed traveling, fine dining “red lobster was her all-time favorite.” planting, casinos, grilling, fish fries, music, dancing, and shopping in store and online to the extent sometimes she would buy the same item twice. She also enjoyed watching movies and spending time with her daughter, grandkids, family and close friends.

Along with her parents she was proceeded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, her son Frank A. Edwards III, her three (3) brothers Harold, Robert and Charles “Chuckie” and two (2) special aunts Louise and Opal Hardaway.

A devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend she leaves to mourn a daughter Ceresa “Cee Cee”, Four (4) Grandchildren Rayshon T. McDade, Rai’Zhane A. Harbour, Danaesha Jackson, and Julian Roserie. Two (2) Great Grandchildren Rayshon T. McDade Jr and Raiden T. Myers. Three (3) sisters Bernadine Edwards (Bruce) of Port Charlotte Florida, Aletha Johnson (Eugene) deceased, Othelia “Dee Dee” Hayden and 1 brother Lapoleon Jamerson. A host of special cousins, special nieces and special nephews, that she cherished, and several GOD-children and friends, and including childhood friends Sharon Griggs (deceased) Yvonne “Poochie” Davis, Doris Boykins, Gwen Cobbs and Rachelle Newell-Hope. You will forever be in our hearts and the memories will be forever.
