Baby Ember Diamond Willliams went home to be with the Lord on August 13, 2017. Ember is survived by her mother and father, Debra Small & Cedric Williams II.  Loving sister of Jamier, Honor and Toni.  Cherished Granddaughter of Cassandra & Cedric Williams I, and Anthony Small & Clarissa Tyron.  Great-Granddaughter of Emma & Anderson Small and Lester Williams & Deborah Steele.
