Barbara Ann “Bobbie” Johnson, age 78, was born in Akron, Ohio on November 18, 1946. Our beloved set sail for the heavenly sky on August 25, 2025. Barbara was a native to Akron, graduated from South High School and attended Southern College. She was employed by B.F. She will be most remembered for her loving generosity, ability to bring people together, and passion for gardening, cooking, singing, and fishing. Barbara enjoyed hosting Thanksgiving and the annual summer fish fry, “shout out to cousins’ night” and the “fish fry idol winners”.
In 1982 Barbara caught her big fish, she married her best friend, the love of her life, Richard A. Johnson. Together they built an incredible life centered on traveling, fishing, going camping, and spending time with family. Barbara loved her forever “dude still looks fine to me” husband, for 43 years.
