To Leigh Smith; please let me express my condolences to you and your family on the passing of your loved one, Bernice. At a time like this; there are no words or actions that can minimize the feelings of loss and sorrow that you and your daughters are going through. Please know that you are always surrounded with love and support from family members and friends. With God's grace and mercy; He will keep you in His care, and give you the strength you need for yourself and your daughters during this difficult time. Forever in my prayers. Love always.

To "Mama" Smith: ... Although I did not have the privilege of spending much time, Mrs. Smith was a very special Mother Figure "from a distance" that I did have the opportunity to get to know about. No matter who it was, she always had the best of intentions for any and everyone in her life; not only that, but her intentions and optimistic ideals were Always based on her Strong Faith in Christ and His Word... Apart from my parents, I have yet to meet anyone else with as much Faith in Jesus as she had... Even more than myself. In my personal thoughts, I concluded that if she was Peter on the rough and stormy waters walking towards Jesus, she most likely would have passed the faith test and walked directly to Him, on the waters, without her faith failing her. If she was in Daniel's position, she would have continued her prayers to God on pain of losing her life to the Lion's Den. If she was with the Three Hebrew Boys, she, too, would have been ready to suffer for the cause of Christ in the fiery furnace... Her Faith was THAT Strong. And I am nothing less than grateful and special for having the chance to get to know Mrs. Smith over the years, and will cherish the Faith-Based Items that I received from her personally, as a gift... Until we all meet you in Heaven, Rest In Peace Mrs. Smith.
