Bertha leaves to cherish her loving memories two daughters, Shirley Lockett and Mary (David) Morris; two loving sons, Clarence Shaw, and Brent (Rayonita) Shaw; two sisters, Dorthy Raine, and Margaret Bailey; three brothers, Robert, David (Betty) and Joseph Shaw; twenty grandchildren, forty three great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; a special friend Lucy Jackson and a devoted nephew Leron Robinson. Service is Saturday, January 24, 2015 10:00 am at The Calhoun Funeral Home, 17010 Lakeshore Blvd., Cleveland where family will receive friends at 9:30 am.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all, Aunt Bertha was one of my favorites I have countless memories of her. Being the oldest Aunt Bert had plenty of stories to tell , she would share stories with me about my Dad growing up her baby brother. When we would come to visit after Big Mama died everyone went to Aunt Bertha house, She step up to the plate and took care of her family. She even got me my first job when we lived in Ohio for that short time. I will never forget her smile or her Laugh!! To her Children sorry I cannot be with you, but I am praying for you all.
