Betty Lois Boykin Obituary
Betty Lois Boykin was born November 23rd, 1935, Betty was a loving and devoted woman whose greatest joy was her family. She was a mother who gave endlessly, a grandmother whose love knew no bounds, and a friend whose kindness touched the lives of everyone around her. She will always be remembered for her loving heart, warm smile, strength, and the special memories she created with those she loved. Her hugs, laughter, wisdom and unconditional love will forever remain in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
Although her passing leaves an emptiness that can never be filled, her love and memories will continue to live on through the family she cherished so deeply. She taught us the importance of love, family, strength, and kindness, and her legacy will carry on for generations to come.
She is proceeded in death by her mother Quinnie Mae King-Wilson, Father Rufus Pat Wilson, her brothers James Wilson, Jessie Lee Wilson, Arthur Lee Wilson, her sisters Kathryn Wilson Williams, Odessa Wilson-Odom, Mary Lou Wilson and Ruby Wilson Sanford. She leaves to cherish her memory with Frank Neal Boykin (Proceeded in death)-wife Rochelle, Anthony (Tony) Boykin (Proceeded in death), O’Neal Boykin Jr – wife Tracy, Michael Boykin – wife Patricia, Vanessa Lewis – husband Allen, James Boykin – wife Dena, Desiree Boykin Brown – husband Thomas and April Davis – husband Donald. A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. We will miss her more than words can express, but we will forever be grateful for the love she gave us and the memories she left behind. Rest peacefully; your love will forever be a part of us.
