Franklin Barnes left a message on October 11, 2022:
Billie love to play jokes. One evening he came by my parents’ home. I was getting ready for bed. Billie said I have this young lady that I want you to meet. They call her JB in the yard. I’m thinking she was in college. I woke up the next morning there was this full-size skeleton in my bed. The name tag read Jessabell, that was her name in the grave- yard. She wasn't in college
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
Karen Marshall left a message on October 11, 2022:
My deepest condolences and prayers are with the family. Uncle Billie was one of the nicest person one could meet. He always had a kind word and gentle spirit. I wish I could remember some of the jokes he often told. He had a great sense of humor and kept me laughing. May God bless his soul.
