Bishop Wilford G. Clark III made his transition home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 12, 2017. He was born April 19, 1965, which happened to be Easter Sunday in Akron, Ohio. He also previously lived in Toledo, OH, Youngstown, OH, Pittsburgh, PA and California.
He was lovingly known as “Randy” given to him by his Aunt Pat. He was a very rambunctious child, who attended Akron Public Schools and graduated from Buchtel High School class of 83.
Randy received the Holy Ghost in his early teens and attended Livingstone Apostolic Church then under Elder James Gregory. Zion Pentecostal Temple Church, Inc. under Bishop J. E. Pope in Cleveland, where he was mentored by Bishop J. E. Pope.
He served in the ministry with many churches, such as Higher Praise Christian Center, St. Peters A.O.H., Sanctuary of Worship, Bishop Ronald Burgan. Bishop Randy Clark loved to please the Lord and passion to serve him, lead him to the call of Bishop Overseer of the gospel, His true compassion for the Lord lead him to go from working the church to bus driver, teacher, minister, elder, pastor, to Bishop Overseer.
God gave him gifts beyond measure. He was a director/producer, play writer of theatre, film, actor, comedian, and cartoonist. He was also a radio personality for KRMA Internet radio.
His passion was theater, utilizing the gift with his Judgement Day plays. Although, the play had the same name, every play was different to “win the souls of the lost at any cost”.
Randy was a loving husband to his wife Kimberly Jo Clark for 8 ½ years and a loving father to eight children. He wanted the world to know there was a way of escaping satan’s traps. Other plays he was famous for was controversial plays such as “Monsters In The Church” and “Second Lady”.
Randy worked for Roadway Labor World/Ameritemps, Minute Men Staffing, last working at JoAnn Fabric. Although he didn’t punch a time card, he was the hardest working person I knew.
Over the years, Randy started many organizations; he was the founder/CEO of Victory Theatre Group on Balch St., Clark Entertainment, REEL 1 Films. He was also the founder/CEO of Time R. Changing Ministries of The World, which umbrella other church with the first church being his own. Living Water Deliverance Center, Pastor Carmen Whaley and Real Fruit Love Ministries, Elder John Richardson. He assisted Yes Ministries (youth and elder services), Toys 4 Tots and OBU. Randy loved people and loved to make them laugh, he was always encouraging everyone.
Randy was preceded in death by his mother Evangelist Sandra E. Clark and sister Crystal Ellen Clark.
He leaves to forever cherish his memory his loving wife, Kimberly Jo Clark; sons, Darric Futch, Rande Clark, Wilford Clark IV, Mark, Mario; daughters, Jennifer (Torence) Copper, Kymberlynne, Keana Seals; brothers, Bilford Clark, Stevie (Ann) Clark, Jerome Scott; sisters, Mercita Clark, Tracy (Mike) Paige, Niecy Clark; grandchildren, Nevaeh, Madison, Torence Jr., Christian, Elijah Seals, Dana Futch, Deliah Futch and Diane Futch, Milan; father Wilford Clark Jr; mother-in-law, Catherine Wilson, sisters-in-law, Valerie (Fredrick) Vaughn, Natalie Wyche and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
