Bobby McClain Cutler was born on July 8, 1947, to the late Ben and Emma Cutler in Bodsiville, Mississippi. He was the youngest of thirteen children. He was preceded in death by his siblings: Willie Cutler, James Cutler, Mary Harris, Alberta Thigpen, Lizzie Dent, Lou Emma Young, John Cutler, Fannie Cutler, Betty Hawey, Willie Lee Cutler, and Ruth Kemp. He was also preceded in death by his youngest sister, Jean.
Bobby was baptized in 1955 at Lilly White Baptist Church in Swiftown, Mississippi. After relocating to Cleveland, Ohio, he joined Assembly Missionary Baptist Church, where he faithfully served on the Usher Board in ministry.
Bobby enjoyed dancing, traveling, and vacationing with family members and friends. He had a gift for refurbishing homes and was known as a great handyman. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. Bobby gave great advice, was always a listening ear, and loved to laugh and make jokes.
Bobby and Brenda were united in matrimony on June 10, 2005. Through this union, Bobby gained daughters Yolanda J. Cathey and Brenda brought into the union Latonya D. Williams (deceased) and Lee A. Williams. Together they became a blended family.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Brenda; daughters Yolanda, Latonya (deceased), and Lee; grandchildren Quette Cutler, Deonte Blythwood, Tyrelle Williams, Tonia Williams, and Orion Williams; great-grandchildren Anasia Driver, Daron Blythwood, Kannon Williams, Kade Williams, and Kori Williams; one sibling, Jean; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
