Calvette Cephus, age 73, went home to be with the Lord on December 10, 2019. Calvette is survived by her daughter, Betty Strode-Jordan (Greg); siblings, Calvin Cephus, Salahadeen Abdullah, Edward (Tracey) Frierson; grandchildren, Cameron Jordan, Kyle Jordan, Kyndall Jordan, Christopher Jordan. Calvette Cephus is daughter of the late, Calvin Cephus Sr., and Betty Crump. She is preceded in death by sibling, Aquil Wahab.

I loved working with Calvette so much. She was always wonderful to be around with. I am going to miss her sooooo much.

She was my first lead (keypunch), 40 years ago, on my first job. She was a great person and friend. God bless her family.

I knew Calvette well and she was a real nice person, I will Miss her for a long time and will always keep her in my memory. Until we meet again, Sleep well my friend.
