Carl Edward Howlett age 83, went home to be with the Lord on March 28, 2019. Carl was preceded in death by his parents Herbert Lee and Annie Belle Lee Howlett. Carl is survived by his wife Joan K. Howlett and daughter Carla Jo Howlett. He was preceded in death by all of his siblings; Barbara Perrin, Paul Howlett Sr., and Warren Howlett Sr.
