Carrol Ann Addison was born July 17, 1947, in Louisville Kentucky. She departed this life on May 6, 2020. Carrol was the daughter of the late Otis L. Sistrunk and Bernice M. Sistrunk and sister of Ronald Sistrunk and the late Janice L. Sistrunk.

Carrol was a 1966, graduate of John R. Buchtel High School. She was a dedicated member of the People’s Baptist Church, where she faithfully served as leader of the kitchen and the Food Pantry Ministries as well as a member of the choir. Carrol worked at Ohio Bell and retired from Roadway Express Inc. After retirement, she volunteered for the State of Ohio Board of Elections.

She leaves to cherish in her memory sons, Tony (Patty) Addison and Terry (Dionne) Addison; grandson, Levi Addison; granddaughters, Carmen and Jordyn Addison; fiancé, Martin Wheeler; and a host of nieces, nephews, and relatives.
