Cassandra Jones, a loving mother, a devoted partner and a life long resident of Cleveland, OH passed away surrounded by family and loved ones on December 29, 2021 at the age of 41.

Cassandra is survived by her partner in life, Mister Jackson ; her children, La’maya Jones and Victoria Jackson; her siblings, Latonya Jones, Jermaine Jones and Ushawnda Jones. She is predeceased by her mother, Phyllis Jones; her father, Ralph Taylor; her grandmother(s), Thelma Jones & Patricia Taylor; her sister, Yolanda Jones; her aunt, Deborah Moore; and her uncle(s) Johnny Jones and Alonzo Taylor.

Cassandra was born in Cleveland on December 25, 1980 to Ralph Taylor and Phyllis Jones. She graduated from East Technical High School before pursuing and attaining her bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Cleveland State University. Cassandra also served in the Army National Guard where she completed her service with honor.

Cassandra was a devoted mother and family matriarch. She enjoyed quality time with family, crafting and watching Law & Order: SVU. She was a dedicated leader both professionally and within the family as she was often called on to solve problems and took on the difficult situations. She was a beacon of strength and will be missed by her friends, family and all who knew her.
