Catherine Glenn Pugh went home to be with the Lord on August 8, 2021.
She retired from Higbee’s Department Store as a Sales Associate Supervisor after 25 years of service. She is survived by her Loving children: Deborah, Alexander, Cathryn, Pamela, Wilbur; loving grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grand children. She was preceded in death by two children, Joyce and Michael.

She always asked me how my daughter, Sharon, was doing. She was a wonderful neighbor and I could always count on her for keeping an eye out on the neighborhood. She will be missed.

Hi Grandma, not sure how to start. I know that I love you and you will always love me. You always checked on me and asked about Ryan. You bought me the most beatiful wedding dress. When you went home to be with the Lord I cried everyday. Last night I prayed and asked you to give me strenth. I woke up this morning with a feeling a calmness and support. I know that I will never have to be scared or worried because I have you to watch over me. I love you so much granny and I'm truly honered to be your granddaughter.
