CHAD BERNELL MCGRAW was born April 14, 1971, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the union of Louis Jr and Bobbie McGraw-Williamson. He was the third of five children. He was educated within the Beloit, Wisconsin school district. He moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 1993 where he later graduated and took college courses. In Cleveland, Ohio he found his groove as a sales manager at RadioShack where he received many awards and had a lot of success. This led him to the car industry where he worked over 15 years at Crestmont and Central Cadillac. He also worked at numerous other car dealerships such as, Infinity, BMW and Land Rover gaining more awards. Chad recently received his Life Insurance Certificate in Spring 2023. Chad’s love for cooking inspired him to become a restaurateur (Red Hot Cabana) in South Euclid, OH.
Chad had five children. Devin O’Neill from Beloit, WI, Monique Weaver from Indianapolis, IN, Alexis Evans-McGraw, Alonna McGraw and Jalan Plummer all from Cleveland, OH. Three grandchildren, Hunter, Layla and Anissa. He leaves mourn to father, mother, siblings: Terrell McGraw (Katherine) of Preston, MS; Sabrina McGraw of Cleveland, OH; Tremayne McGraw (Audrey) of Jefferson, WI; Chavez Williamson (Twyla) of Cleveland, OH; Uncles: Floyd (Juanita) Williamson and Charles Williamson, Aunts: Vernice Harrel, Evelyn Williamson, Joyce McGraw, Marilyn Davis, Gerilyn McGraw of Preston, MS and Shelia (Eddie) Holt of Mobile, AL and Willie Mae McLendon of Jackson, MS. A longtime friend Keri Lewis and a host of great-uncles, great-aunts, great-nephews, great-nieces, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Preceded in death: Paternal grandparents (Louis Sr and Tempie Williamson), Maternal grandparents (Willie Ben and Sue McGraw), His second mom: Lucy Nell McGraw, Uncle Willie Jr. McGraw, Aunt Elizabeth Snow and Niece Damira McGraw.
Chad was a fun and outgoing soul who loved cooking, traveling, golfing, motorcycles and his profession. Chad was loved by many.
Chad, age 52, departed this life to rest in peace on Thursday, November 9, 2023.
