Charles Foote went home to be with the Lord on September 21, 2016. Charles is survived by his beloved wife Lois and mother Riephine Foote. Cherished father of Charles III, Terrance, David, Broderick, William “Fatz” Johnson. Loving brother of Barbara (Dale), Terry (Freida) and Larry. Grandfather of 10.
