Charles T. Fowler, Sr., went home to be with the Lord on November 9, 2018. He is preceded in death by his wife, Frances Fowler and his son, Charles E. Fowler. Charles is survived by his beloved daughter, Rhonda Sharpley; loving grandchildren, Aaron Sharpley, Kore Sharpley, Andre Sharpley, Kara Sharpley, Alecia Fowler, Nicole Thames, Charles Fowler Jr; and 14 cherished Great-Grandchildren.
