Charles Taylor Jr., known as “Bully” aka “Rico” was born December 1, 1988, to Charles Houston and Sandra Taylor.

Charles attended Forrest Park Elementary as well as Central Middle School and then he went on to graduate from Euclid High School.

At the time of his death, Charles was attending the Schools of Medical Massage in Hopes to become a massage therapist. He was so invested in his craft that he decided to purchase his own business called “Luxurie Vibes”

Charles was very active in his life often seen shadow boxing and exercising. Everyone knew him as a protector, nothing compared to his sense of humor always cracking jokes and making light of a bad situation. Charles was a stylish guy often seen wearing the latest designer. His favorite was Gucci. He loved shoes, bags, belts, as he was truly a Stylish Brother.

On November 13, 2023, the Lord called Charles home. He leaves to cherish his memory; father Charles Houston, mother Sandra Taylor, Grandmother Patilla Houston, brother Antonio (Donetta) Taylor, sister Zaydon Taylor. His daughters Trinity and Serinity Taylor. His favorite cousins Avis Houston, Demarcus Sams and Myra Houston. He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. Honorable mention: Pooh Gutta, Feez, Dame, Nitty, Hood, and TJ.
