To the Hales family, may your hearts continue to be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. He was a great friend to my late father, Don Solomon, SGIG. I admired how he never let any grass grow under his feet. He was a fountain of knowledge with an extraordinary memory. With sincere condolences, thanks for sharing your family's jewel with the world. He will truly be missed but forever in our hearts.

Mr. Hales (Charlie) was a beloved meeting planner and friend for many years. We worked together as we planned the AEONMS Conventions in Detroit at the Renaissance Center. He was such a gentleman and so knowledgeable about facilitating the needs of so many of his Brothers and Sisters within his care as the National Meeting Planner. Such fond memories of Charlie - Godspeed until we meet again. Blessings and Peace to his family. Charlie was the Best! Sue

“Charlie” as we all called you, some more intimate than others you are the true definition of Servant Leader. Many things can be taken away but you can’t take away anything that is present in the Heart. You will always hold a special place with my family. When others had no use for us, even with all of your well deserved titles, you were there always encouraging always humble. And for that we are forever grateful. You will be truly missed. We would like to extend our prayers and condolences to Brian, Eric, Corvette, the grand children who you loved and adored. I can assure you that Masonry and the world lost a true Servant Leader! “Well done good and faithful servant.” James Sharon and Chance Robinson
