Rosemary Rozell-Baddger left a message on October 21, 2021:
My deepest condolences to Charlotte's family. I met Charlotte when I was thirteen and she was fourteen. We remained friends for over 50 years. She is one of the nicest people that I know. She had a kind heart and she was a very good listener. She was non-judgmental. She always saw the good in others. I can't remember her ever saying anything bad about anyone. She always leaned towards facts, not fiction. Charlotte knew how to be a friend. She was very smart. She was probably one of the best EKG techs that Mount Sinai Hospital had. She trained a lot of people during her employment. Charlotte was about her business. She did not entertain foolishness. I am thankful to God that I met Charlotte and that we shared a friendship for so many years.
