Christine Petty, beloved daughter of Daniel Peavy and Ruby Petty, was born on August 10, 1959, in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the 11th child of Thirteen.

Christine “affectionally known as “Tedee“ spent some time in Rock Island, Illinois returning home to Cleveland where she received her education in the Cleveland Public School System. She was employed at Indian Hills Nursing Home, where she dedicated her time and energy to caring for others.

Aside from her work, Christine enjoyed cooking and solving crossword puzzles in her free time. She had a passion for creating delicious meals and challenging her mind with puzzles.

Though Christine had no children of her own, she was a loving and caring sister, aunt, and friend to so many. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her!

In recent years she took ill and fought with strength and courage until the very end. Christine accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Personal Savior.

Christine is survived by her sisters Annie and Louise(Joe) her brothers Thomas, Jerry, Rudolph, James, and Richard(Alice), along with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
