Clarence Roger Peoples affectionately known as “Rusty” was born February 13th, 1950 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Clarence Edward and Dorothy Lee Peoples. “Rusty” departed this Earthly life on June 9, 2022. Clarence graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1969, after graduating he joined the Air Force. In 1975 Clarence married Mamie Davis. Within that union Clarence Jerry and Jasmine Desir’re were born. “Rusty” was known for his courageous strong willed and lively personality. He formed a connection with everyone he met. He was a hardworking man who centered his life around his family and friends. His desires were watching sports, playing tennis, cooking, fishing, entertaining, listening to good jazz and trying exotic foods. He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence & Dorothy Peoples, his brother Walter Peoples, and his daughter Charrise Peoples. Clarence leaves to mourn his passing his loving and devoted wife of 47 years Mamie Peoples, two children: Clarence Jerry Peoples (Chandra) and Jasmine Desir’re Stephens (Ykese) and 5 grandchildren, Kayla, Clarence, Cedric, Ava and Naomi, Sister Beverly, Uncle Lloyd and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
