Claudine Nelson, age 91, went home to be with the Lord on December 2, 2021. Claudine is survived by her children, Michael, Ronnie, Rick, Barbara and Patricia; siblings, Lilly Mae and Georgiann; grandchildren, Marcus and Leland; great-grandchildren, Jada, Ethan, Demarion, MyLeah. Claudine is the daughter of Georgiann and Perry McLee Nicholson. Claudine is also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas Nelson; daughter, Katherine Nelson; siblings, Perry Jr., Thomas, Virgil, Edward and Clarence.

Auntie Claudine, I always had the best of times growing up and visiting your house, no one could throw a shoe as fast and accurate as you did, you were always funny feisty and loving. I hope you are with Kathy, I know how much you missed her. She was always the big sister I never had because I am oldest in my family. I have the best memories of summer cookouts and my Mom your little sister playing cards at your house along with my uncles and Auntie Lillie Mae! I love you Auntie, R.I.H.
