Karen Malone-Adkins left a message on January 13, 2022:
My sincere condolences to the family and friends. She was truly an amazing women. She'll always be forever more in my heart. I was honored to call her Ma and honored that she called me her daughter. I have many memories of great times we shared back in the day talking sometimes for hours on the phone and visiting each other at our homes. Ma was a very thoughtful and considerate person and didn't bite her tongue. If she had something to say she'd definitely say it. Ma was also an amazing cook who made me fall in love with okra. Although she had a hairdresser she'd call me and say I need you to cut my hair cause you'll cut it the way she liked it. A life well lived. God Bless
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Our sincerest condolences to the entire family. Clay always had a special place in my heart. Having known her kindness since I was a little girl, I know her presence on Earth will be missed, but to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. May she rest in Heavenly Peace. Love you all!
