Cleopatra passed away on July 17, 2026 at the age of 93.

She was born on Nov 24, 1932 in Grady, Arkansas to: Charles & Luticia Williams. Survived by Son Marcus Carlock and daughters LaTanya Myers and Michelle D. Sparks.

Preceded in death by her Sister Leola Boykin and Son Freetenu. She attended Brownell Ave. Junior High and Graduated from East Tech HS in Cleveland.

Was a member of Allen Temple A.M.E. Church for over fifty years where she taught Sunday School for many of those years.

Cleopatra accepted a position as a Dietitian’s aide at Suburban Hospital in Warrensville Heights where she retired after 27 years. That hospital is now South Pointe a Cleveland Clinic Hospital.

She was married to Roy Carlock Jr. for 55 years at his passing in 2009.

She loved to read the word, solve crossword puzzles, listen to Christian music, watch Classic Movies and use her IPad to send and receive emails or research whatever crossed her mind.

She leaves behind to remember her a multitude of family to include cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, 12 Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren and many Allen Temple Church members and friends.

Grandma Cleo was truly a "Big Mama" - the Matriarch of the family. I fondly remember many a summer spent running around the living room, when i was a child. 93 years on this earth, but her strength, her love, and her legacy are all eternal. I'm happy that she finally gets to see Mukaluke (that was our family name for Grandpa, lol..). Love you, Grandma - RIP
