Born on June 13, 1953, Conrad’s journey was marked by his unwavering commitment to serving his fellow citizens. After completing his education, including attaining a Doctorate, Conrad pursued a career in social work, specializing in developmental health. His passion and dedication were evident in the transformative impact he had on the lives of countless individuals.
Conrad’s service to his country extended beyond his professional career. He served with honor and distinction in the United States Navy, enlisting on August 1, 1981. Throughout his 16 years of service, Conrad’s commitment to duty and exceptional abilities led him to achieve the rank of STS1 before being honorably discharged on September 4, 2002.
Described as a pillar of strength and a beacon of light, Conrad was not only dedicated to his work, but he was also a devoted father, brother, and son. His love and support were unwavering, and he always took the time to uplift and motivate those around him. Known for his kindness and understanding, Conrad was a source of comfort and guidance to his family and friends.

Conrad Arthur Williams, a beloved member of the community, who dedicated his life to helping others through developmental health, has passed away at the age of 70. He peacefully departed from this world on October 15, 2023, in his home in Honolulu, HI, surrounded by his loving family.
Conrad is preceded in death by Ethel Williams (Mother), Chester Williams (Father), and Arnez Williams (Son).
He lives behind former wife Rose Williams (Birmingham, Al), three children; Arthur (Birmingham, AL), Candice (Birmingham, Alabama), Christina (Charlotte, NC), three grandchildren, Jabri, Thomas Arthur, and Gina-Rose. His brother Jeff and sister Beverlie. A host of nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
