Something that brings me comfort is the wonderful promises found in Gods Word, the Bible. Because our Creator is “ the God of all comfort” (1 Corinthians 1:3,4) He too sees and cares about the pain we experience over the loss of a loved one. He promises to one day soon, “swallow up death forever” (Isaiah 25:8) and to bring back “ all those in the memorial tombs” (John 5:28,29) to a world free of pain and suffering (Revelation 21:4) I hope these thoughts bring you a measure of comfort and peace until that wonderful time.
