David B. Scruggs went home to be with the Lord on June 7, 2020. David was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Murdes Scruggs. David leaves to mourn his loss, siblings, Ronald Scruggs (Evelyn), Terri Hubbard, and Laverne Dave. In addition to, a host of other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
