James loved the Lord and served him faithfully as Head Deacon at First SDA Community Church. He was a mentor to young people always giving his testimony and his time. He was beloved by the youth that he met and became involved with their lives. He could always be dependable when anyone needed his help.
You could expect James to be a wild, funny and crazy guy. He always left you with belly laughs and shaking your head, with tears running down your face. He always had great comebacks and quips. He loved giving you the side eye.
Most importantly James loved to sing, however he could not carry a note. He felt he should have been in a “60”, “70” singing group. He was very delusional about his talents. Unfortunately for those who had to listen to it we all knew the truth.
