Deborah L. Elton-Rodriguez was born to Laura and Thomas Elton on September 14th, 1950. She was baptized in the Catholic faith and was a long-time/active parishioner here at St. Bernard Church.  She attended Akron Public Schools and after graduating from North High, she went on to pursue a very fulfilling career as an Arts/Recreation/Activities Specialist for the City of Akron.  Her hobbies and special interests were many but most important, her absolute joy in life was raising and being with her family.  She is survived by her loving husband, beautiful children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and a host of other family and friends.
