I was extremely blessed for the opportunity to know Dee as a mentor on the job, and as a friend. Dee extended her hand to me when I needed it the most. She was instrumental in bringing me into Progressive and then eventually onto her team. She always made me feel special. She was definitely one of a kind, and will forever be remembered as one of the most beautiful people I was privileged to know.

I was blessed to cross Dee's path 2 times in my life. The first time as a coworker and the second time as my supervisor and mentor. Dee was high on my list of best supervisors on the planet! She was always so kind, encouraging, supportive and I know she was a strong advocate for bringing diversity into Progressive! She literally changed the trajectory of my life when she hired me back into Progressive and I will forever be grateful for the time we had together! I know she's walking around Heaven in some fabulous heels with the glasses and purse to match! Forever my Diva!
