To Dee’s Family, Friends & Loved Ones, Me & my family send our prayers and condolences to all of you. I was shocked and heartbroken when I heard about the passing of Dee! I hadn’t seen her in a long time, but I’ll never forget her big personality! I’ll always remember her beautiful smile, her big laugh and her style. And no matter what sharp hairstyle she had, it was always perfect! I don’t think Dee ever knew what a bad hair day was! (smile). She was a sweetie!!! Her presence will greatly & truly be missed!! Rest in Peace Dee!!! Love, Beverly Harris

She was a beautiful soul inside and out. To the family she is singing in God's heavenly choir. We are praying your strength in the Lord.
Danielle Mollric left a message on August 12, 2026:
Prayers to her family. She spoke so highly of each of you, and it was always clear how deeply she loved and cherished her family. I will always treasure our firefighting efforts and those long, late-afternoon brainstorming and de-stressing sessions. Her knowledge, guidance, and genuine care for others challenged us to expand our thinking, mature our processes (IVI and the Green Book), and believe in what was possible (becoming a consultant). She touched so many lives and left us all better for having known her. I will miss my sassy, high-heel, fashionista!

Give the family comfort today, tomorrow, and in the days ahead. Carry them through their grief and surround them with people who will love, support, and encourage them. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏽🕊️

Dee was a nurturer with a deep faith that sustained and guided her. She constantly uplifted others and advocated for her loved ones, colleagues, and community. Dee was a natural leader, integral in establishing my Progressive team into what it is today. I will miss her friendship, humor, creativity, and candor. Every space Dee entered thrived in the light of her vivacious authenticity. May she rest in peace and let perpetual light shine upon her.

I was extremely blessed for the opportunity to know Dee as a mentor on the job, and as a friend. Dee extended her hand to me when I needed it the most. She was instrumental in bringing me into Progressive and then eventually onto her team. She always made me feel special. She was definitely one of a kind, and will forever be remembered as one of the most beautiful people I was privileged to know.
Jenn Davis left a message on August 5, 2026:
I was blessed to cross Dee's path 2 times in my life. The first time as a coworker and the second time as my supervisor and mentor. Dee was high on my list of best supervisors on the planet! She was always so kind, encouraging, supportive and I know she was a strong advocate for bringing diversity into Progressive! She literally changed the trajectory of my life when she hired me back into Progressive and I will forever be grateful for the time we had together! I know she's walking around Heaven in some fabulous heels with the glasses and purse to match! Forever my Diva!
