Deirdre Jackson-Pinson, affectionately known as Dee-Dee, was born on August 17, 1962 in Cleveland, Ohio to Sandra Jackson.
Dee-Dee went to the Cleveland Public Schools and graduated from Collinwood High School in 1980. She then signed up for the military and joined the Marines. Dee-Dee was baptized at New Sardis Primitive Baptist Church on November 3, 1996.
One of her favorite past times as a child was reading books. While all the other children in her family were outside, you could find Dee-Dee on the porch reading.
Dee-Dee was the oldest of two children. She loved and adored watching her younger sister, Jeanene dance. She didn’t do a lot of activities in her life, but she ran track in the ninth grade at Kinard Jr High School. She was First Runner-Up in a teen beauty pageant and even had to learn how to do a dance routine, although she didn’t dance.
Dee-Dee loved her family and she loved to eat!
She leaves to cherish her memories, her four children, Ronnell Bledsoe (Kesha), Shakia Jackson, Danny Jackson (aka Rayquan), Deandra Pinson, her mother Sandra Jackson, one sister, Jeanene Searight (Tony), Father, Reese Adams, three grandsons, Elijah Bledsoe, Jamere Russell and Camron Bledsoe, one aunt, Geraldine Brown, one uncle, Ernest Lewis Jr (aka Ernie) and a host of cousins and friends.
Her memory and living will forever be cherished.
