Obituary

Delycia Christine Durham, age 74, Passed away April 28, 2025.

Delycia married Robert Durham on July 30, 1982 and lived in Colorado Springs, CO most of her adult life. She worked in food service and employed by NORAD for several years.

Delycia returned to Akron to help care for her ailing parents where she remained until her Passing. She loved fishing, the outdoors, and her music. She had an extensive collection of vinyl records which she loved listening to.

Delycia was preceded in death by her husband Robert Durham; her father and mother, Arthur Eugene and Delmar Butler and her brother Jeffery (Betty). She leaves to cherish her memory, children, Shaawn, Anthony and ShaJuan; brother Rod David (Twana). Grandchildren, Aj, Natasha, and Decia and 3 great grandchildren.

She will be remembered and sadly missed by her nephews, nieces, cousins and a host of friends and relatives
