There is a quote, “The Empowered Woman Is Powerful Beyond Measure and Beautiful Beyond Description” Denise truly embodied those words. She was a woman of faith, a dedicated and devout Christian who attended Mt. Zion Fellowship church weekly. She was a loving mother, wife, homemaker, and an award-winning professional; Cooking was indeed her gift and passion. Denise prepared each meal with love and valued the satisfaction her family and friends received from her meals more than anything, especially over the holidays.
Denise loved to watch food tutorials and cooking channels in her spare time. For many years leading up to her passing, she compiled an extensive library of cookbooks and first-edition novels from around the world.
Denise was preceded in death by her son Jeremiah, mother Mae Rosa Felder (2019), and brothers Theodore Felder (2007) and Marvin Felder (2022).
Denise leaves to cherish her memory her husband of thirty-eight years, McDuffie Todd Jr; her sons, McDuffie Todd III “Trey”, and Damien Todd (Laura); one grandchild Rain Todd; her brother a Joseph Felder, and two sisters: Donna Felder (Anthony), and Deborah Griffin (Mark).
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
