The Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2020, Wake: 10:00 a.m. Service 10:30 a.m. at Gethsemane Baptist Church, 1885 E 79th St, Cleveland, Ohio 44103.

Donald Alvin Simmons, Sr., age 88, went home to be with the Lord on March 24, 2020. Donald is the beloved son of William Tillman Simmons and Ella Mae Jackson, both preceded him in death. He is survived by his beloved wife, Rose; children, LaDonna M. Simmons and Donald A. Simmons, Jr.; siblings, Barbara Walters and Norman Simmons; (deceased); 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great, great-grandchildren.
