Donald bounced into this world on December 29, 1960, at Southside Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to parents, Donald L., and Ruthfeen T. Hall. The family of three sons (Curtis, Donald, and Wesley) migrated to Cleveland, Ohio and added sister (Tina).
Donald completed his education in Job Corps as a Welder and worked out of state for a while until joining the Army, following his marriage to Janie M. Mack. Their union produced three sons (Donald, Antwan, and Le’Tour) and a baby girl (Shaunna). Donald later completed his legacy by adding two sons (Kristopher and Asa) and a host of grandchildren.
Donald and Curtis inherited their love of music from their dad and Uncle Carl which has continued throughout their time here with many band members and musical accomplishments. These accomplishments made his life and his spirit fundamental.
We all remember him and his big smile as a beat ran through his mind and body. His grandchildren, extended family, nieces, nephews, friends, and all that knew him — know the love that he has for them.
Your stairway to heaven, though slippery and rocky, is now complete.
