Dear Family,
Sending my love from California and counting down the days when we will all be together with Dorisa in paradise.
I send my deepest condolences. Also, I have and will continue to offer heartfelt prayers for your entire family. I had the pleasure of meeting - and got to enjoy - many of you in the 1980s. I am a friend of Sheila's and was in her wedding. Additionally, I am known as her husband Frank's cousin, a claiming that we began when I was age 8 and he age 9. I look forward to reconnecting, if not in Cleveland, in the New World, because Sheila and I will forever be the best of friends. Special and extra prayers are being offered for you, Sis. Montgomery. To Marty: There are only 100 Drive-Ins left in the U.S.; I wish I could join you, Sheila, and Franky again for a movie at one; remember how we had such great times. You are fun, and I hate that you have to face sorrow now. Really, I could continue with words to other of you dear siblings; but I will sum it up with "sincerest love and greetings to you" all. You are a gem of a family, and each of you - whether active serving Jehovah or not right now - reflect that because of the beautiful and genuine people you are at the core. I love you. --Dorothy

To the Battle and Montgomery families, my deepest sincere condolences go out to your family for the loss of your mother, daughter, sister and spiritual sister. I am sure she will be missed until John 5:28 & 29 comes to past and we will ALL have a great family reunion!
On 10/10/2005 we entered the doors at Progressive you smiled at me and called me “Lil Chocolate “ that was the beginning of the BEST FRIEND-GIRL relationship Progressive has ever seen. We laughed about everything and everyone, nothing was off limits. What a time we had at “Girls Night Out”. We always managed to find each other when they separated us to different departments. They couldn’t keep us apart. We recently laughed and made plans to celebrate our big TWENTY in October but when I received “the call” my heart shattered in a zillion pieces. I will never hear that infectious laugh or see that smile the lights up a room from My A 1 from Day 1. I send my deepest condolences to your children and family. I pray you find comfort in knowing DORISA was loved because she was Lovable!
My name is Victoria Brown.

I'm so sorry this happened to you auntie. We may not be able to control or judge God's plan, but we will always remember the person you were, the great things you've accomplished, and the blessings you've brought to our family.
