Dorothy Renee Milligan went home to be with the Lord on September 26, 2018. Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Pearl L. Herbert Cochran (James) and George Taylor Jr (Lillian). Dorothy is survived by her beloved siblings, Joseph Herbert (Catherine), Theresa Whittington, Vanita Herbert-Hawthorne, Audrey Taylor, Genise Jefferson (Albert), G. Michael Taylor, Carmella Herbert, Fred Hatten, Adriann Kennedy (Johnnie), and Tawana Herbert-Golden. She is preceded in death by James Herbert III.
