Dr. Theresa R. Cook age 97, went home to be with the Lord on January 20, 2021.
Beloved wife of 45 years to the late Charles E. Cook, Esq. Loving daughter of the late Angela and Henry Q. Rucker, Sr.
Dr. Cook is survived by her children Paul Cook, Charlotte Cook, Carl Cook, and Elizabeth Cook-Fuentes (Simone). Grandchildren: Carl Braddy, Alexandria Wilson, Andru Wilson, Charles Walton and Trey Swindlman. Great-grandchildren: Riley and Zariah-Maria Braddy. Others relatives: Vincent & Jerris Johnson Family and the Entire Rucker, Cook Family. Dr. Cook was preceded in death by her siblings Henry Q. Rucker Jr., and Lottie Mae Rucker.

I just recently learned that Dr. Cook was laid to rest in the Arms of Our Savior. My condolences to her family. Of her family members, I only remember meeting her husband. However, I will always remember Dr. Cook. When I was in Podiatry School at OCPM, she graciously allowed me to intern at her office to learn as much as I could about the Art of having a Podiatry Practice.. I will always be eternally grateful to her for giving me that opportunity. May she rest in Peace and may God comfort each of you, her family members, friends, and all of her associates. Blessings to each of you!
